From Humble Beginnings to an Unlimited Future

While our current Sanctuary and museum may not reflect the modern and updated vision we hold, we see it as an economical stepping stone that allows us to meet the needs of the animals while welcoming and educating visitors. We are actively seeking a permanent property to bring to life a state-of-the-art sanctuary designed with the utmost care and consideration.

We invite you to join us on this thrilling journey as we wholeheartedly dedicate ourselves to the care of our Animal Ambassadors and Sanctuary residents, all while actively shaping the vision of tomorrow.

EcoVivarium Reptile Sanctuary And Museum, A Place of Discovery, Learning, and Growth!

Our new sustainably designed facilities will be a haven where education meets inspiration, and every visitor, regardless of age, background, or ability, is welcomed with open arms. Sustainability is the beating heart of our new facility’s design. Embracing straw-bale construction, known for its remarkable sustainability, superior energy efficiency, and fire retardation properties, we’re building a sanctuary that harmonizes with the environment.

Our innovative design includes an expansive outdoor courtyard nestled in the heart of the building. This courtyard serves as a captivating exploration zone where children can play and learn about niche microhabitats. Moreover, it hosts exciting outdoor seasonal animal exhibits, allowing visitors to connect with our remarkable creatures in their natural habitats. It’s also a perfect venue for hosting large educational programs and private events, all in harmony with nature, thanks to our straw-bale construction on approach.

Our Sanctuary warmly embraces inclusivity, celebrating the beauty of diversity and cherishing the uniqueness of individual talents. Here, we are dedicated to creating an inviting environment that nurtures personal growth opportunities for everyone, with a special focus on those facing physical and intellectual challenges.
